Kornell’s Gewurztraminer Damian is born in vineyards located within the splendid panorama of the Dolomites, in the province of Bolzano. This beautiful expression of Gewürztraminer proves suitable for any taster, thanks to its refinement and delicacy. It is obtained exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested by the first half of September and carefully selected in the cellar. After the classic white vinification processes, this wine ferments and then matures in steel tanks, where it stabilizes all its peculiarities. It is characterized by an intense golden yellow color. The nose opens with delicate hints of freshly picked rose, with spicy and fruity finishes of lychee. On the palate it is harmonious and of clear freshness, elegant and well structured. To be drunk in the first years of life, Damian is excellent to accompany shellfish, Asian cuisine and Roquefort cheese.
