Case Via is a wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes, with an engaging and delicious character, which is never taken for granted. From careful vinification and 18 months of rest in barrique, a splendid red is born, produced in the heart of Chianti Classico using an international vine variety. At sight it has a brilliant ruby red color; the aromatic bouquet is characterized by notes of cherry, mint, licorice and raspberries, then again jasmine and tea leaves. The taste in the mouth is elegant, velvety in the tannic texture, soft and fresh at the same time. Long persistence. Perfect to accompany the second courses of land cuisine, it is excellent with chicken with tomato sauce.
